Licínio Januário is a filmmaker, writer and content entrepreneur. Licínio was born in Angola, in 2008 he moved to Brazil having studied and interned for 5 years as a civil engineer. With the basis of civil engineering, Licínio migrates to the entertainment sector in 2013 with a focus on studying and investing in the gap of the Brazilian audiovisual industry and also connecting and bringing a global vision to all Portuguese speaking countries through technology.


Licínio is one of the founders of ''COLETIVO PRETO', a group of black artists which aims to contribute through new narratives, with a new vision of the black protagonist in Brazilian theater and audiovisual. Creator and CEO of "TELA PRETA TV" (Black Screen TV) a YouTube Channel responsible for the development and production of various black-starred content. Of the scripts produced stands out the short film "A Perfect Wrold", in which he signs script and the direction. The movie was nominee for international festivals such as “Rome Independent Prisma Awards”, "ARFF Barcelona International Awards" and the renowned "Zózimo Bulbul Black Film Meeting - Brazil, Africa, Caribe and other Diasporas ”
