Born and raised on Detroit by a single mother. Then my grandmother when my mother was incarcerated when I was 13. After trying to find my place in the world in the typical ways of our demographic and it not working, I realized I was meant to tell stories. I wrote a book, then another. After long I decided my mind was satisfied until I saw these stories play out. Without much deliberation I made my way to LA to enter the business of show as a writer/director. Went to school, graduated and now pursuing that dream professionally.
