INSPIRATION
Denzel Washington is a huge acting inspiration for me. Growing up and seeing him do dramatic films so well always made it easier for me to tell people that I wanted to be an actor because I could use his name as an example and people wouldn't question it. A24 is a company that inspires me as far as a company goes because I love their selection of film and TV shows and how they continue to put out under represented stories regardless of how they're taken by critics.
BIO
Howard Campbell is an African American and El Salvadorian actor, director and writer. He studied acting and film at the New York Film Academy, graduating in 2018. Since then, he began booking small spots in television as an actor, while simultaneously shooting his own written short films as a director. In 2019, Howard launched his own film production company, HoHoww Productions, before the release of his first budgeted short film. Howard is now in the process of pitching his latest short, with plans to begin production on his first feature film and limited series in the upcoming months.
