I'm always inspired by my country first and foremost. There are so many stories of different communities and experience within Haiti alone that deserve to be shared with the rest of the world. And living in the US, I'm also inspired by my friends and their desire to see more people who look like us slaying dragons and existing in stories that doesn't center around slavery or police brutality!
