INSPIRATION

Pallas-Amenah has a particular passion for television writing, taking inspiration from such cinematic voices as Ava Duvernay, Issa Rae and John Singleton. Her unique, if dark, sense of humor and creative voice has awarded her awards in the Big Break, Diverse Voices, and Screencraft contests for her screenplays.

BIO

Pallas-Amenah is a rising screenwriter telling the stories of the next generation. She cultivates her passion for entertainment and the art of storytelling by thriving on the unconventional and the inspirational. Pallas-Amenah earned her BFA in Writing for Film, Television & Emerging Media from Ithaca College in 2020, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Rod Serling Scholarship. She is also a proud member of the national cinematic society Delta Kappa Alpha, having served as her chapter's Secretary, Marketing, Webmaster, and Diversity Chair. ​ Aside from writing, Pallas-Amenah has experience in directing, producing and editing. She has worked with such companies as DreamWorks Animation, Working Title Films, Cartel Studios, and the Smithsonian Channel. Most recently, she worked with the Showtime Channel in Washington DC under the Development track.
