Dani Craig hails from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (yes, a diehard Steelers fan). She is a writer and producer of Black female-led dramas and comedies for TV + film. Recently, she started a writers group where members collaborate on anthologies + screenwriting contests, participate in monthly script reading contests + analysis, and workshop each other’s scripts. She holds a B.Sc in Communication from Cornell University and a Masters in Entertainment Industry Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Never one to shy away from adventure and travel (over 25 countries and counting), she packed up and moved cross country in 2011 to pursue her dreams. For more than six years, she worked in both Production and Marketing at the Oprah Winfrey Network. Prior to that she was an outside salesperson for TV (WJBK FOX2 - Detroit) and radio (WAMO Radio - Pittsburgh) advertising sales.
